Social Commitment

With utmost regard to the social responsibilities of the company, the  company promoted HAMCO CHARITABLE TRUST in 2003 with an aim to serve  the society. The trust was registered under the Societies Act (1860) in  2005

The trust works mainly under the following areas

It began with a small computer teaching class within its premises and gradually expanded over to 3 successful computer teaching centres in the city, wherein poor and needy students are given basic computer education.

Trust is currently also giving stipend to financially needy commerce, CA, CS students.

The trust also helps by sponsoring school fees of a few of the deserving children of its workforce.

The trust believes in the importance of tree plantation and over the years it has conducted several initiatives towards it in the city, particularly in rural areas.

• A documentary was produced on environment and is being shown in several government schools and rural areas to educate and motivate the students towards deteriorating environmental conditions.
• Several tree guards were prepared by the trust as an initiative towards protecting plants and trees, in various areas of the city.
• In 2008, a competition was held amongst the workers to adopt a tree and grow it over a span of 2 years. The winner (Mr. Ram Baran) was given a bicycle as a reward for the same.
• Recently (2018) the trust once again started a tree plantation competition among people living in the nearby villages. Around 4500 trees were arranged and made available for distribution to the people engaging in the competition. A Hero Honda motorcycle was kept as the reward for the winner, and an amount of Rs.21000 and Rs.11000 for the runner up and second runner up respectively.

Recently (2018) the Hamco Charitable Trust also organised a cancer check-up camp in collaboration with World Cancer Care Charitable Trust, in the village Raowali.

In 2015 the trust organised an eye check-up camp in the village Raowali.

We at Hamco Ispat Pvt. Ltd., besides our regular business activities, are also committed for our social obligations toward Society, Nation and Mankind as a whole

• At Hamco Ispat Limited :
  • To encourages workers for the education of their children.
  • To educate workers to maintain complete cleanliness and hygiene.
  • To ensure that each respect whatever his religion, caste, culture and creed is.
• For Society At Large
  • To Provide free computer education to the poor and needy students in nearby rural Areas.
  • To Provide medical aid to weaker section of the Society.
  • To extend financial help to the needy students for studies.
  • To ensure that everyone respects each other’s religion, culture and creed.

  • To Provide Proper and Sufficient equipment for the treatment of trade effulents.
  • To Follow the Government Instruction in this respect in TOTO.
  • To grow/Plant adequate trees within the premises.
  • To educate/motivate workers for the maintaince of the existing greenery.
• Others
  • To Plant maximum trees by the road sides & other available areas.
  • To encourage/motivate all nears and dears to adopt certain areas for plantation.
  • To encourage public for the maintaince of existing Trees / Greenery.
